You can order any items from our online collection through our secure online shop using your credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, Electron, Solo, American Express. You can also choose to 'pay by invoice' - this allows you to pay by cheque. You will be given a sales invoice, which should be printed and sent with your cheque (made payable to Lebibe) to us.
However if you prefer, you’re welcome to telephone us at the shop where we will take all the details and take your payment over the phone.

Please allow 3 – 5 days approximately for delivery for all items in stock.  In the unlikely event of the item being out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us and we will try our very best to help you. If you need an update on the progress of your order, please contact us.

All UK orders will be sent out Recorded Delivery at a cost of £5.00 per order. For non-UK orders please contact us for costs and delivery times.  There will be no delivery charge for all orders of £75 within the UK.

Most rings can be sized to fit or ordered accordingly.  Please try to have your finger professionally sized: if you supply us with an incorrect ring size, we cannot replace a ring free of charge – a small additional fee will be added to cover sizing and postage costs.

Each piece of jewellery is sold in a gift box or organza gift bag.

Exchange: We are happy to exchange items to the value of the original purchase price, or issue a credit note. This is subject to the item being returned in perfect condition within 14 days.
Refunds: We will only refund in accordance with your statutory rights i.e. if the item is faulty.
